BiblioLife

Old Books. New Perspective.

Millions of artifacts detailing our collective human history have been digitized in the past half century.  As curation of multi-media content becomes more important, BiblioLife represents a new way of reading and interacting with books and other items from our past. BiblioLife is our “curation imprint” — representing the Apps created by our own network of curators and subject matter experts. They feature books, articles, photos, modern commentary, and videos that provide context to history.  In addition to our own imprint, we also power branded Apps for some of the world’s most important cultural institutions.

Value

Today’s technology greatly reduces the cost of publishing and distributing content. And that cost reduction should materialize as higher value for consumers. For the price of a single paperback book, you can now get access to hundreds or even thousands of books and other content, all curated for your reading experience and delivered through a compelling and intuitive cross-platform user interface. While today we are bringing the app experience to the iPad only, in 2012 we will launch a web-based application which will be accessible from your personal computer and other tablet devices.
